The two upper ponds at Coryell Ranch are "catch and release." The two lower ponds provide a more family-oriented experience where flies and lures are allowed (barb-less hooks only). Aspen Glen property owners will be able to book a fishing "tee time" through the Aspen Glen Club. Members will be notified when the ponds are stocked and ready.

Aspen Glen Tops Record Year

Aspen Glen Realty set a record for sales dollar volume in 2000, topping their previous record year in 1999. Sales dollar volume for 2000 totaled $57 million, up +26% versus 1999 sales.

Aspen Glen Sales Director Ken Yeomans explains that there has been a steady upward trend in sales and values since 1996. In December, Aspen Glen sold a 4,800 square foot single-family home on the Roaring Fork River for $2.15 million---a new record for Aspen Glen home prices.

"Each year we seem to set a new benchmark and sell more product and higher values," said Yeomans.

Yeomans attributes some of the success in 2000 to the opening of the expanded 34,000 foot Aspen Glen Clubhouse.
