- If I buy an eighth share, how many weeks do I get in a
year? Who chooses the weeks?
There is a rotation schedule for each share. Each eighth share is six or seven weeks out
of the year, one week every other month. the schedule is moved forward by one week every
year so each owner gets all of the holidays and events. If an owner buys a quarter share,
he can get two weeks together every other month.
- Can I trade my week if I can't use it? How does the
Interval International program work?
Owners have four options with their assigned weeks. They can use the week for themselves
or their guests, they can trade it with another owner, they can rent it for that week, or
they can put it in the Interval International program.
- How old are the townhomes?
Townhomes 24-27 have been in service for over 10 years. The duplexes (units 1, 2, 31 and
32) are 10+ years old and townhomes 3-7 are 10 years old.
- How do the Aspen Ridge I townhomes compare to Aspen
Ridge II?
The existing townhomes range from 1,700 square feet to 2,600 square feet. The new
townhomes will be approximately 2,600 square feet. The floor plan will be similar to that
of the newly remodeled townhome 6, however it will have more storage space. There will be
a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and the laundry and ski-rooms will be much larger.
Townhomes in the complex are three bedroom, three or three-and-a-half bath with an
attached private garage.
- How much are the property taxes?
Property taxes range according to square footage.
- How much are the homeowner's dues?

- What is included in the homeowners dues?
All budgeted items are included in the homeowners dues. Real Estate taxes are
separate. Checkout cleaning and additional housekeeping services will be charged to the
owner.
- Is there a homeowners association?
Yes. The Aspen Ridge owners Association Board is comprised of seven owners who are elected
by the homeowners at the Annual meeting held in December.
