Canterberry Crossing was designed
with your active lifestyle in mind. The Sulphur Gulch Trail can take you for a leisurely
stroll with the dog and kids, or connect you with the Cherry Creek system and take you
throughout the Denver Metropolitan area. You're close to historic downtown Parker here,
with a variety of quaint shops offering everything from an ice cream cone to groceries.
Schools, parks, shopping centers, restaurants and the Parker Recreation Center are all
just minutes away.
At the center of the community you'll find Canterberry Golf Course.
Opened in 1995, this challenging links-style course features some of the most dramatic
signature holes in Colorado. A series of ravines winds through the course, making it a
haven for deer, antelope, fox and other wildlife. The Canterberry Golf Course is presently
open to the public, but it is privately owned and operated. Golf course play rights are
not granted to purchasers of lots or homes in Canterberry Crossing. |
