How
to Get to Cobble Creek
From Ridgway, Ouray or Telluride: Take Highway 550 towards Montrose and watch for
directional signs on the highway. Turn left at the Ute Indian Museum, just south of town
onto Chipeta Rd. Continue on Chipeta Rd. for about 6/10ths of a mile to the main entrance,
then turn left. Shortly after the turn, you will see the information office in the
distance on the right.
From Grand Junction, Delta, or Gunnison: Travel through Montrose on Highway 550 heading
towards Ridgway, Ouray & Telluride. Watch for directional signs on the highway. Turn
right at the Ute Indian Museum onto Chipeta Rd., then left at our main entrance. Shortly
after the turn, you will see the information office in the distance on the right.
