The Lodge
The Lodge at Fairway Pines will be
developed on a highly desirable six acre parcel, bordered by the golf course and ideally
situated within a short walk of the village core of Fairway Pines. The low density of the
project and abundant open space will provide a sense of seclusion for owners and guests.
The Lodge will feature a main lodge, 45 condominium residences, golf club house,
restaurant and lounge.
The Lodge at Fairway Pines' architectural theme will convey a rustic western sense of
size, space, grandeur and warmth with its hand-crafted logs and indigenous stone
projecting a rustic but elegant atmosphere. A 16,605 square foot main lodge will encompass
expansive views of the San Juan and Cimarron mountain ranges as well as the resort's golf
course. The main lodge will contain a massive river rock wood-burning fireplace which will
be the centerpiece of the project and a gathering place for owners and guests.
Architectural features of the lodge will include alpine log beams, native quarry stone and
large windows capturing impressive views. Other amenities of the lodge will include a
restaurant and lounge, golf pro-shop as well as men's and women's locker rooms.
The
Villages
An exciting aspect of the planned 'village center' at Fairway Pines is the creation of six
different architecturally themed villages with custom homes of varying square footage.
Each custom homesite village will have its own distinctive look and appeal. |
