Randall has been
living in the Yampa Valley for 15 years. He founded Eagle Premier Properties, LLC, a real
estate brokerage firm, in 1993 and was managing broker/partner until the company merged
with Colorado Group Realty, Inc. in the fall of 1998 where he serves as president. Randall
specializes in commercial, investment, and high end residential properties. A top producer
since his first year in the business, Randall enjoys getting to know his clients and
finding solutions to their real estate needs. Randall’s background in strategic
research and analysis has enhanced his skills in development/new construction projects.
Not only is Randall a real estate geek, he is quite the computer nerd too! Contrary to
popular belief, he also has a personal life. In his spare time, Randall enjoys being
outdoors, travelling and spending time with friends and family. Randall married his wife
Jane in the fall of 1998 and recently had a son named John.
