Joel Brownson is managing broker of Coldwell Banker
Mountain Properties, a real estate firm located in Cooper Creek Square, Winter Park, CO.
He received his B.S. in finance from University of Colorado at Boulder and M.B.A. from the
University of Denver. Joel has been in real estate for 20 years. He is a second term town
councilman in Winter Park, chairs the Planning and Zoning Commission, is one of the three
members of the town's Design Review Committee, he is also a member of the University of
Colorado Real Estate Council. |
