| Joyce Kelton-Smith, Co-owner and co-founder,
with her husband, Stephen, of the company, has been on almost every golf course in
Phoenix, at one time or another! She relocated to
Phoenix in the late 70's and fell in love with the desert. The affair was short-lived when
a major golf management company recruited her for a management position in Dallas, Texas.
The time spent in corporate management and marketing positions helped lay the foundation
for the company when she moved back to Phoenix with her husband in 1995. Club Realty began
with her vision to provide the most knowledgeable service to an unrecognized group of
buyers, those looking for property within a private club community. The company has been a
success right from the start and has literally helped hundreds of people find just the
right community to call home. In 1998, the company opened a property management division
that caters to the seasonal golfer. |
