 Near Denver's Historic Lower
Downtown district, Riverfront Park offers condominium, brownstones and loft buildings with
upscale residences above and boutiques, restaurants, and cafes at ground level. The land,
comprising 25 acres in the Central Platte Valley, is a little jewel on the green belt of
the South Platte River, bordered by 20th and 15th Streets to the north and south and to
the west by the new Commons Park. Surrounding Riverfront Park are Coors Field, the Pepsi
Center, Six Flags/Elitch Gardens, Ocean Journey and the Children's Museum. Two planned
pedestrian bridges will link Riverfront and Commons Park to surrounding neighborhoods at
16th Street. One bridge will cross the river to the west. The other, the CML Crossing,
will link Commons Park to the 16th Street Mall. Designed by ArchitectureDenver, the bridge
will be a striking urban landmark, an asymmetrical masted cable spanning 25 feet above
street level. Completion is expected in 2001.

While the actual Riverfront Park community rises from the ground,
a virtual community will develop on-line. Here are just some of the many advantages
residents at Riverfront Park will have:
- HIGH SPEED dedicated Internet access with a Fiber Backbone
- Streaming Video for Presentations
- A Virtual Community Website including E-Mail
- Community Information
