THE DETAILS
The Snowmass Club Private Residences were designed by Cottle Graybeal Yaw Architects to give you prime resort location with majestic views of Mt. Daly and Snowmass Ski Area. Interiors are richly warm and welcoming- designed by Slifer Designs of Colorado.

For each club residence, a total of seven memberships - and no more - will be sold. There will be 98 two-bedroom memberships and 112 three-bedroom memberships for a total of 210 undivided deeded interests (UDIs) in Phase I. The developer of Snowmass Club is Snowmass Club Associates, L.L.C., a Colorado general partnership and a wholly owned subsidiary of Aspen Skiing Company.
