The Snowmass Club Private Residence Resort is a member-owned
condominium development comprised of spacious two- and three-bedroom residences, built on
the current site of the Snowmass Club in Snowmass Village, Colorado. Members are entitled
to full use of the recently expanded and refurbished Snowmass Club and its many services
and amenities. Members may also invite unaccompanied guests to use members' confirmed,
planned vacation periods.

For each club residence, a total of seven
memberships - and no more - are being sold. There are 98 two-bedroom memberships and 112
three-bedroom memberships for a total of 210 undivided deeded interests. The developer is
Snowmass Club Associates, a Colorado general partnership and a wholly owned subsidiary of
Aspen Skiing Company. |
OCCUPANCY
SCHEDULE
The first 12 residences were completed in December, 2000.
Members have occupied the residences since then. The remaining 18 have an expected
completion date of March, 2001.
PRICING
A membership in a 2-bedroom residence is currently being
offered for $229,000, and includes a special offer of three years of free skiing or golf
for two people. Three-bedroom memberships are currently offered for $329,000. Annual owner
fees will be $6,920 for 2-bedroom memberships and $8,512 for 3-bedroom memberships.

Club facilities with the right to use anytime, subject to reservation policies. Snowmass
Private Residence Club membership is very similar to membership in a prestigious equity
golf country club, except members reserve lodging rather than tee times.

The Snowmass Club's vacation program offers a unique and

RESALE
Like any other form of real estate, the member's undivided
deeded interest can be sold or transferred by the member, or sold by a licensed real
estate agent through the Multiple Listing Service, subject to the Condominium Declarations
and Bylaws.
