The Superstition Mountain Featured Builder Program is designed to encourage
custom home builders dedicated to excellence to engage in speculative home sales as well
as affording an opportunity of building custom homes for Superstition Mountain property
owners. Featured Builders are not employees or agents of Superstition Mountain Properties,
Inc. (SMPI). While SMPI presently controls the Design Review Committee and the design
review process, any assurances of quality construction, compliance to the Design
Guidelines, completion according to plan, and timeliness are the sole responsibility of
any individual contracting directly with a Superstition Mountain Featured Builder. SMPI is
not a party to any contractual agreements between Featured Builders and their clients.
Even though SMPI has made background inquiries into each Featured Builder, SMPI is not
responsible for any home, home design, representation or promise made by a Featured
Builder. This general depiction of land use and circulation configurations, placements and
densities within Superstition Mountain is based on the approved planned area development,
as amended, with the county of Pinal. Certain aspects of the planned area development are
not shown on this depiction. The master plan is subject to change, including, but not
limited to, changes in parcel sizes, road alignments, and location or existence of
recreation or common area elements from time to time in the future. Ownership and use of
adjoining lands are subject to changes, and descriptions of that ownership are not a
representation that such land will or will not be developed. Any parcel boundary lines
depicted may not be accurate or consistent with the recorded survey information. This
master plan in no way constitutes any guarantee of development anticipated within
