Featured Builder Program at Superstition Mountain has been designed to provide a quality
custom home building opportunity for property owners and to encourage Builders to offer
fine speculative homes for purchase.
By selecting a Superstition Mountain Featured Builder, a property owner is choosing an
experienced professional who is well versed with our Design Guidelines and construction
procedures. Additional benefits also include a reduced design review fee and a lower
performance bond requirement. There is no requirement to utilize the services of a
Featured Builder by a property owner.
For assurances of quality equal to our prominent standards, each new residence built must
proceed through the same design review process and follow the exacting community
construction regulations.
Superstition Mountain, through the building of the Carriage House, the Ranch House, and,
upon completion, the Clubhouse, is establishing an uncompromising standard of excellence
for all future residences.
