- The current
initiation deposit for a Golf Membership is $75,000, and is expected to be increased
periodically.
- The initiation
deposit for property owners is currently $50,000.
- For a limited time
all golf memberships are non-recallable. However, it is anticipated that non-property
memberships purchased beyond a future date will be recallable.
- Golf memberships
provide unlimited golf as well as access to future Club amenities including an outdoor
pool, tennis and health and fitness center. Membership privileges are extended to the
member, spouse, and children under the age of twenty-three, living at home, attending
school on a full-time basis or in the military.
- Members may host
accompanied and unaccompanied guests in accordance with Club policies.
- Membership is
non-equity.
- Membership financing
opportunities are available through the Club.
- Membership is by
invitation only and, therefore, acceptance for membership is at the sole discretion of the
Club.
