Between now and April 7, the only way to own a Twin Saddles Lodge condominium home is to secure a Priority Reservation with a refundable deposit. That entitles you to come into the Priority Reservation Holders Preview to select you home on April 6th or 7th to pick you home before we hold our Public Grand Opening on April 8th 2001.

In the meantime you'll have a chance to have all your questions answered, read through the information and make an informed decision about what is a fit for you.

We are selling on a presale basis. Construction is planned for a spring 2001 start and completion of Twin Saddles Lodge in late 2002 or early 2003.

The deposit structure is 5% with the agreement of purchase and an additional 10% of the purchase price payable over 90 days. Two lending institutions have financing packages available should you wish to put a mortgage on you condominium when the project completes. They are happy to speak to you about terms and qualification.
